Our range of work can begin with the first drafting and continue to a completed home, or we can remodel or add on to your existing home giving it a fresh, updated look. Every home is built on customers own lot, also the four main procedures of Custom Dream Homes which includes gathering Information (brainstorming with the customer), designing / drafting (blueprinting, preliminary sketches etc.), contracting (financing, construction agreement/contract signing) and building.
