The next step after Gathering Information would be finalizing your design and preparing a final set of floor plans. The preliminary floor plans will include a complete set of plans [lot information, plot plan, foundation, doors & window sizes, framing, electrical, elevations, and a basic floor plan layout]. During this meeting we will go over structural changes and any additional details or changes you would like to make to your design. We will also verify the design to see if your project design requires engineering, so it meets the proper building codes and ordnances depending on your location. As the home design takes shape we can guide you through a 3D tour of your home to see different views and angels, this will assist you with better decision-making, specifying selections, and finalizing the drawing to perfection. This leads us to a design agreement and proposal of construction contract that precisely outlines your specifications and budget. We will then proceed with a more refined set of plans that we can turn into the developer of you subdivision where the lot may be located or a county/municipality where your home is being built for approval of construction. This leads us into the third stage of Our Process which is Contracting.
